Spendable Privacy Policy

Spendable is a local-first budgeting app. It has no user account, bank connection, advertising, cloud synchronization, external analytics SDK, or app-operated crash-reporting service.
Data stored on your device
Spendable stores the information you enter on your Android device, including accounts, balances, transactions, categories, notes, planned payments, budgets, goals, preferences, and cached public exchange rates. Financial calculations are performed locally.
Optional exchange-rate requests
When a visible screen needs currency conversion and automatic rates are enabled, Spendable may request public reference rates over HTTPS from Frankfurter. Requests use a fixed currency basket and, for historical rates, general calendar periods. They do not include your amounts, account names, notes, financial records, app identifiers, or exact transaction dates.
The provider and its network infrastructure necessarily receive connection information such as an IP address and request time. Frankfurter states that it does not retain personal data, IP addresses, or requested URLs and uses Cloudflare for caching and protection. This is the provider's statement, not an independent guarantee by Artkrat Labs. You can disable automatic rate updates in Spendable settings.
Exports and encrypted backups
CSV export writes unencrypted financial records to the destination you select through Android's document picker. Encrypted backup writes a password-protected file to a destination you select. A selected document provider may be a cloud service and may upload the file under its own privacy policy. Spendable cannot erase copies held by that provider.
Spendable does not retain your backup password and cannot recover it. The portable backup excludes the local PIN verifier and biometric enrollment.
Device protection, biometrics, and notifications
System Auto Backup and device-transfer extraction are disabled. The app database is protected by Android app isolation and is not separately encrypted by Spendable. An optional PIN and system biometrics restrict access to the interface; Android performs biometric verification and does not provide biometric templates to Spendable.
Payment reminders are processed locally. By default, their text is generic. Showing amounts in notifications requires an explicit setting. Notifications may be visible to other people or to apps with notification access.
Analytics, advertising, and clipboard
Spendable does not include advertising, an advertising identifier, external usage analytics, or an external crash-reporting SDK. It does not automatically read or copy financial data to the clipboard. Android, Google Play, keyboards, notification listeners, and document providers are separate services governed by their own settings and policies.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete them. Settings → Delete all data offers an optional backup and a separate final confirmation, then asks Android to clear the app's local storage. Clearing app storage or uninstalling Spendable also removes the local profile. Exported files remain with the selected destination until you delete them there.

Spendable хранит введённые данные на Android-устройстве: счета, остатки, операции, категории, заметки, будущие платежи, бюджеты, цели, настройки и кеш общедоступных курсов. Финансовые расчёты выполняются локально.
Необязательные запросы курсов
Когда видимому экрану нужен валютный пересчёт и включены автоматические курсы, Spendable может запросить справочные курсы по HTTPS у Frankfurter. Запрос содержит фиксированный набор валют, а для истории — общие календарные периоды. Суммы, названия счетов, заметки, финансовые записи, идентификаторы приложения и точные даты операций не передаются.
Провайдеру и его сетевой инфраструктуре при соединении доступны IP-адрес и время запроса. Frankfurter заявляет, что не сохраняет персональные данные, IP-адреса и URL запросов и использует Cloudflare для кеширования и защиты. Это заявление провайдера, а не независимая гарантия Artkrat Labs. Автоматическое обновление курсов можно отключить в настройках Spendable.
Экспорт и зашифрованные копии
CSV-экспорт сохраняет финансовые записи без шифрования в выбранное через системный диалог Android место. Зашифрованная резервная копия сохраняется в выбранное место и защищается вашим паролем. Выбранный провайдер документов может быть облачным сервисом и загружать файл по собственной политике. Spendable не может удалить копии, сохранённые таким провайдером.
Spendable не сохраняет пароль резервной копии и не может его восстановить. В переносимую копию не входят локальный PIN-verifier и регистрация биометрии.
Защита устройства, биометрия и уведомления
Системный Auto Backup и извлечение данных при переносе устройства отключены. База приложения защищена изоляцией Android и отдельно не шифруется Spendable. Необязательные PIN и системная биометрия ограничивают доступ к интерфейсу; биометрию проверяет Android, а шаблоны приложению не передаются.
Напоминания о платежах обрабатываются локально. По умолчанию их текст общий. Показ сумм в уведомлениях включается отдельно. Уведомления могут видеть другие люди или приложения с доступом к уведомлениям.
Аналитика, реклама и буфер обмена
В Spendable нет рекламы, рекламного идентификатора, внешней аналитики использования и внешнего SDK отчётов о сбоях. Приложение не читает и не копирует финансовые данные в буфер обмена автоматически. Android, Google Play, клавиатуры, приложения с доступом к уведомлениям и провайдеры документов являются отдельными сервисами со своими настройками и правилами.
Хранение и удаление
Локальные записи хранятся до удаления пользователем. В разделе «Настройки → Удалить все данные» можно сначала сохранить копию, затем отдельно подтвердить удаление; после этого Android очищает локальное хранилище приложения. Очистка данных Android или удаление Spendable также удаляет локальный профиль. Экспортированные файлы остаются в выбранном месте, пока вы не удалите их там.
